Delivery Options

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Kohler Pool Supply

In-Store Pickup - The store location is 368 N. El Camino Real, Encinitas, CA 92024. Please bring your order confirmation & valid ID. Upon arrival a staff member will greet you to confirm your order.

Pickup Times -  All orders placed Monday thru Saturday before 2pm will be ready for pickup within 2 hours. Any orders placed after 2pm will be ready the following day as long as we are open for business on that day.

Shipping Policy - All our orders are shipped via USPS/UPS. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Schedule - All orders are shipped during normal business hours Monday thru Friday. Holidays, Saturday and Sundays are not included in shipping days. Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Expedited shipping (Overnight shipping) is unavailable at this time.

Shipping Destinations - We only ship orders to physical home or business addresses within the continental United States. Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or to a Post Office location for General Delivery.

Order Status - To check on the status of an existing order or warranty status, please contact Customer Service at 1-760 753 0042.

Please refer to returns policy for any information regarding returns or exchanges.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once submitted.
