Local Delivery - In order to determine if we deliver to your area you will need to enter your zip code at check out. If local delivery is not an option for you at the time you place your order, it means we currently do not offer delivery service in your area. The fee for local delivery is $15 with a minimum order of $50.
Delivery Times - We deliver on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 11am and 5pm. All orders placed for local delivery will be delivered on the next available delivery day from when the order was placed unless otherwise specified. The cutoff time for the next available local delivery day is 5pm. Please note we do not deliver on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays or Sundays. If an order is placed on Friday or at any time on Saturday or Sunday, that order will be delivered on the following Monday if we are open. You will be notified when the order is out for delivery and when it has been delivered.
Shipping Policy - All our orders are shipped via USPS/UPS. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping Schedule - All orders are shipped during normal business hours Monday thru Friday. Holidays, Saturday and Sundays are not included in shipping days. Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Expedited shipping (Overnight shipping) is unavailable at this time.
Shipping Destinations - We only ship orders to physical home or business addresses within the continental United States. Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or to a Post Office location for General Delivery.
